Diane (Dajung) Shin of bMRI is a proud recipient of the Paul Pintrich Memorial Award for the best graduate-student-authored paper of the 2020 AERA Motivation in Education SIG. The title of the paper is “Science Utility Value Intervention in Elementary School Classrooms: Examining Gender and Goal Structure as Moderators.” She will be given the award plaque and a check for $500 at the AERA Motivation in Education SIG business meeting in San Francisco this April. Congratulations to Diane on the fine scholarly achievement!
